The Celebrity Auction and Soul Food Feast

The Celebrity Auction and Soul Food was held annually in the Fall on the campus of Howard University. It was our major fundraising event, attended by more than 700 supporters annually, and sold out for 34 consecutive years. Through the generosity of many individuals and businesses that contributed gifts and services for the Live and Silent Auctions, KSEF raised funds to support its scholarship program, attaining assets of over $3 million.

Since 2021, donors have continued to support KSEF’s efforts by contributing to the Annual Solicitation. Monetary donations and transfer of appreciated stock are added to the Fund’s invested assets annually.
